The High Current Power Board (HCPB) is a USA-built, NDAA-compliant power distribution board for unmanned ground vehicles, designed to pair with the Ground Robotics Carrier (GRC). It accepts 9–80V DC battery input and delivers up to 80V at 30A continuous (2400W) on a gate-controlled main rail, plus regulated 24V, 12V, and 5V buck rails for actuators, sensors, and peripherals. Every rail and output channel is individually sensed, eFuse-protected, and switchable by the GRC over the HCPB telemetry bus — giving the vehicle's compute full visibility and control of its power system. Full BOM traceability and NDAA §889 compliance make it eligible for US defense and security UGV programs.
